The process was alright. I was interviewed by only one person who wanted to know my capabilities. The interview lasted for 30 minutes. It was an online interview because i was not based in Lagos. They prefer physical interviews for software development roles. overall, it was a good interview.

A scheduled meeting with the HR, before technical screening with CTO or MD. Basically round of questions to identify your strengths and weaknesses then salary negotiation before being contacted if accepted and an offer letter is sent

It simple straightforward. Meet with the MD to showcase our portfolio. It was more like a conversation. Overall it was good and if your skills ans experience is what the company needs then the discuss the salary.
