The process was a little different than was mentioned here previously. We had one on one interviews first, then if we made it out of that round there was to be a group interview. I did not make it out of that round. I answered the question, "why do you want to work at Central Market?" with, "Because I love food!" and my interviewer did not ask me any more questions after that.
