I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Charge (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Applied online, phone screen, face to face. The personnel people were often in-attentive and took some time to reply and organise the interviews. The talk with the tech people was good and in depth although a lot of questions that were posed were obviously much less thought through and felt very poor or weak. When the personnel representative arrived the quality of the interview dropped dramatically and out came the STAR questions, very lacklustre and a very poor show. I had previously seen this vacancy at an agency and applied through them but heard nothing. After i had been through the process with charge and many weeks later i got a terse email from this agency saying something about that they will not help me now as i had applied direct, how could they know and so what they didn't reply to me. I questioned the personnel people at charge and they said they had not leaked this information, but they had to have as how could the agency know otherwise?
