Cherry Ventures Management interview questions

Applied online, received an email from internal recruitment/HR to book a meeting for a 30 minute interview with the founder. Interview style was relaxed, direct and transparent, which I appreciated. However, I never heard back after the interview. Obviously I was unsuccessful, but if a candidate has taken the time to interview, the least you can do is follow-up with your decision.

Their process just to network and increase their database, and is simply to get you on their system with a profile through a job advert and application. It is a waste of time, integrity and energy. They also ask you to reach out and connect with them but here they do not respond to correspondence. Its a waste of time.
