I applied on Glassdoor or LinkedIn, I can’t remember. A recruiter reached out to me via email. I came in to their Hollywood, Fl. Location and met with a recruiter. She was very nice and pleasant. I was asked to take a standard typing test where I typed random words not actual sentences. After that I took another test that asks you random customer service questions and judges you based on how you would handle each situation. After that I had a face to face interview with the recruiter that asked me some questions about myself. “Why do you want to work here” type questions. Immediately after the interview I was given a unexpected drug test. It was an oral swab that I had no problems with. My only gripe is that they don’t tell you that you are going to get tested. Once again, I had no issue with it but it felt a little intrusive for them to not give a full disclosure of what to expect. After that I was told that if I passed the drug test that I would be sent a link for a background check. I passed the drug test and completed the background check form later that day. The background check was completed in about 2 days which was remarkably quick compared to week long checks I’m used to. The next day I was sent an offer letter. Overall I’d say that I had a great experience. It was quick and hassle free which is what I hoped for.
