Quick phone interview with recruiter for Customer Service team. Was encouraged to also apply for higher level positions as well as sent an aptitude test. Completed test within a few hours of receiving and emailed recruiter to confirm that I completed. Did not hear back from the person I spoke to for over a week. Sent an email to follow up and received zero response. I have no problem NOT getting a job. But it's rather inconsiderate to take time from someone's day for not only a call, but also an online test and not acknowledge their efforts by any sort of follow up or even just a kind "thanks, but no thanks" email. Best wishes to this company, as I believe that they are a great one. Just wish the communication that sets them apart in their market was also applied to those they come across in the interview process.
