in the first stage interview they asked a couple of technical questions related to lab scale fermentation and in the next (final) stage they asked technical as a well as behavioral based interview questions and after the interview there was a couple of easy tasks to be performed (setting up the fermentor, weighing a specific mass, preparing a solution)

Interview
Online interview held over zoom due to the pandemic. I found the interview to be pleasant and relatively informal. Interviewer was polite. I decided to wear a suit and a tie to the interview but I imagine doing it without a tie would have been fine. It seems to have a casual atmosphere.
