Q: How would you handle a customer with a complaint?
It was very quick and easy. They only asked me three questions. The interview was around ten minutes or so. Very friendly manager. Very clear about what they expect from candidate.
Applied and heard back within a month. One short interview about 20 mins with a manager with easy questions, then second interview with an offer. Hired large group for busy season.
