Laborious, repetitive STAR format interview process. Lots and lots of “Tell me about a time when…” questions. You will need to have many, many examples of stories that show conflict resolution skills, problem solving skills, etc and you will not be able to refer back to a previous example, you will need a new story or experience for each “Describe a time when” question. It’s exhausting. You will not be allowed to deviate from this format and just have a dialogue with your interviewer. This is how they do things at Cintas.

Extremely long - 10 interviews in total. Two video and eight in-person, over the course of three months. Each interview is with a different team member and lasts 45 minutes to an hour.
