I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
I met the Cintas recruiters at the Career Fair on my campus. I was not interested in Cintas but as I was walking out of the Career Fair I thought of stopping by to see what they were about. One of the male recruiters had told me "I was watching you walk around the Career Fair hoping you would come over here." Inappropriate to say the least but I was new at this process. I applied online to a Managment Trainee position and they called me back to have an interview on campus. I met with two recruiters, one who had only been working with Cintas for a couple months. After the interview, I felt I did great, and they told me I had to meet with their manager next store. This manager asked me about 20 situational questions that were hard to answer. I pulled it together and felt I did okay. I followed up with all three interviewees after the interview and never heard back from either one of them.

Question 1
Name a time where you stopped something negative from happening before it happened.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
