Initial interview on the phone and then face to face after that the Hiring process took more than a month and half, very cumbersome lost my filled application had to redo the whole application again. Very unorganized and chaotic.

Questions were related to the job being hired for very professional.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Kuala Lumpur) in Apr 2012
Interview
Normal process, takes around 2 weeks to know the status of employment.
Post the emplyment status, HR will called and ask for Employment Letter agreement signature.
HR will brief on all those benefit that you are entitled. So far, nothing much different between permanent employee and those who under probation.
Btw, Probation period = 6 months.
