they reach out for an interview a week after you submit your application, over indeed if you apply there. Interview is in person only and at the store. They asked a few background questions and why you want to work there
Super friendly, willing to work with you. Company has cool people working there. Keep in mind that the shifts are 10 hour days. Other than that, this is the coolest job
