CliniComp Senior Software Engineer interview questions

After a very simple programming challenge, they have you come onsite. During the onsite, the HR partner will be there to observe while an engineer has you work through a few coding challenges using a computer set up in the conference room. Don't expect any fancy tools; they use command line exclusively for the process. It's awkward from the start as the screen is a 42" TV set up so you have to turn your head while the table forces you to sit facing away from it. If that interview goes well, they invite you back for a second where you'll again be in the same conference room with the HR partner, the engineer you previously met, and one of the two principal engineers. Both are extremely introverted and poor communicators, so don't expect them to say much. The whole process is extremely simple and their bar is obviously very low. I don't recommend interviewing.
