It was pretty good and fair. All interviewees were attentive and explained what clinical trials were etc. Each person interview had a different role in the company and they explained what the role entailed and how often you'd likely be needed, I think it was an extremely fair interview. They allowed you to ask questions.
The interview was fairly quick and streamlined. Lady I spoke to was sweet, competent, and to the point. She just introduced herself and continued to ask questions about me. It felt that she knew what she was looking for and didn't not to waste her time. I appreciated the efficiency of the entire process.
