Really good communication throughout the process i knew where I stood every step of the process. Everyone I saw was very approachable and was willing to help point me in the right direction. The interview itself was more like an informal chat and getting to know about me

I had a 3 stage interview process, this started with an initial phone screening with their talent acquisition team, then what I would call a traditional interview stage with a get to know session and some competency questions, finalised in my case with a final interview with my manager and their manager as well.

I was contacted by a member of the talent acquisition team for an initial conversation to understand my requirements and my availability period. I could initially not commit to starting in the timeframe they required someone, so we kept in touch until I was able to commit. What's interesting with my scenerio is that I had been on a career break due to children, and they took this into account during the interview process which I appreciated. Some companies would not be so compassionate. The first interview was an initial chat, followed by interviews with the hiring managers. These had two different approaches, one focused on the normal Q&A, trying to ascertain my experience but also my fit with their company values. The second approach was a conversational style interview which included questions also. This too was trying to ascertain my experience and my fit with the company. As a return to worker and not fresh from a current position, they considered their approach and I think this is a credit to CTS.

Slick and swift interview process with clear communication on the structure from recruiter. I felt it was a proper two-way conversation that allowed me to gather my feelings on them as much as the other way round. Good use questions to probe my experience and drive with open responses back from them when I asked about their vision and go-to-market.

There were a total of 4 rounds of Interview. Out of which, 2 rounds were Technical Interview and the other 2 rounds were project discussion. The feedback for each round were given on the same day.

Three part interview process. First a prescreen call with Katie from the People Team. Secondly was an interview with the Financial Controller and Head of Finance. Thirdly was an interview with the Head of Finance, Chief Finance Officer and the Managing Director. I was kept up to date with the progress of the application and was provided feedback really quickly via Katie in the People Team who was fantastic. By far the best interview process I've been through. There was great communication from the recruiting manager after the appointment, prior to starting. Excellent all round from start to finish.
