I met with the hiring manager and had a phone call with their value assessment team. Recruitment team were challenging often not planning ahead, offering last minute meeting slots and went radio silent lacking common courtesy.

A series of 60 to 90 minute 1:1 interviews across all lines of business. Started with Talent Recruitment and finished with Hiring Manager. Good quality open questioning focused on searching for talent and cultural fit.

Interview
10 separate interviews, most via phone. While it may sound grueling, the interviews were more bilateral conversations about the company, business, and my skills as it relates to the need. The 10 interviews were very beneficial for me to get a clear picture of the people, culture and opportunity.
