    Large Account Manager Interview

Anonymous Employee in Amarillo, TX (US)
    Accepted Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Enterprises (Amarillo, TX (US)) in July 2011.

    Interview

There were lots of questions regarding real life scenarios regarding sales situations, adverse customer satisfaction situations, and competitive scenarios. They were very interested in making sure your experience would translate directly into the Coca Cola culture without a maximum amount of training. The overall interview was very professional with several instances of situational role playing.

    Operations Interview

Anonymous Employee in Tampa, FL (US)
    Accepted Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Enterprises (Tampa, FL (US)) in May 2011.

    Interview

The best way to get an interview here is to know someone on the inside. Once you get your resume into their hands things will move along reasonably. I had one telephone screening call that lasted 15 minutes, then two 2- person interviews within two weeks of each other, offer received two weeks after that.

    Interview Questions

    • They seemed very concerned about my last job's salary ... they I guess knew their salary offer would be low... funny to have an interviewer say "wow you made $xx,xxx" in reply. Made me feel odd. Otherwise the questions were straight from an interview guide "can you tell me about a time when...."   Answer Question

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Enterprises (Atlanta, GA (US)) in June 2011.

    Interview

I answered and ad in a legal newspaper, I faxed my resume over and received a call back the same afternoon. I had a hard time connecting with the lady who’d called me, but finally got her on the phone – took 2 weeks. She was nice and thanked me for calling her back. She briefly explained how the interview process would work; being that she would talk to me via phone first. Then asked for a time we could speak freely. The following morning she called me and we spoke about 15 minutes. She asked ‘Why I wanted to work for Coke Enterprises?’ and Salary desired. That was it!! She then said she’d call me to set up a time to interview at a later date. She was nice and personable. I am waiting a call back.

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Enterprises (Tampa, FL (US)) in April 2012.

    Interview

The first time I applied I never received a response so I went to school to become a MAA and then worked at a Doctors office for a year. I was unhappy with the job with the job so I began putting in applications again and decided to reapply with Coca-Cola and within a week I received a call. So always remember, just because you don't get a response from the job you want does not mean you were not qualified enough for the job or keep you from trying again at a later date.

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Enterprises (Tulsa, OK (US)) in August 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and then I received a phone call (took maybe a week for them to call me). The recruiter gave me a briefing about the job, and informed me how much I would be paid for the position. She then asked me if I was still interested. Once I confirmed I was sent a email confirmation; which had a study sheet discussing the STAR format and a outline about the job. The next step was a assessment test (which took place at their establishment). The assessment test consisted of four parts and was a hour long. I passed the assessment test and now I am scheduled for a interview with two managers. When I was leaving the front desk attendant/ secretary told me to study for STAR and also be aware that if they ask me, " What is your favorite Coca Cola Product" and be prepared to sale it. I have not interviewed yet but I will update was I do.

    IT Interview

Anonymous Employee in Louisville, KY (US)
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Enterprises (Louisville, KY (US)) in October 2011.

    Interview

I received a phone call from the Manager to begin with . I was scheduled for an interview the same week. Since it was an Entry Level position, I was only asked questions from my resume and nothing technical in particular. Since I had previous similar background internship experience, I believe that made their job easier as they were willing to train the students on SAP. The Manager gathered feedback from the interviewers the same day and got back to me in the evening asking me to come for the final interview. During my final interview, I wasn't asked too many questions and was given a verbal offer. After I accepted the verbal offer, I got the official offer letter the same week. Basically I was hired in about 2 weeks and then they asked me to undergo the Drug Test and Background Check.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

I was able to negotiate because of my previous internship experience.
