Interview
It was an initial phone interview followed by the in-person interview. I was referred to this company by my ex-colleague. I did email them with my resume. Later the HR contacted me through e-mail and scheduled an interview with their principals.

Basic questions about familiarity with international building codes and fire codes. Knowledge on fire life safety reviews, fire protection and using pyrosim & pathfinder software for designing of emergency evacuation in atriums. After the interview process, there was a test for 30 minutes
