The process was frustrating to say the least. I applied to a job through their website and was contacted by (what I thought) was a helpful recruiter. After scheduling my first interview I was told I would be more qualified for a different role higher up in the company, after two more interviews they wanted to fly me out to Portland to do an in person interview/ presentation as i live in a different state. The interviews with multiple employees before the presentation was strange because most of the people interviewing me did not even read my resume, let alone, know I was coming from another state. A couple days later I received an email that they think I would be better for a third different position within the company and had a phone interview within the next couple days. After this interview it was the last I heard from the company, even sending multiple emails to the recruiter asking for feedback at the very least.
During these interviews I was rarely asked any normal interview questions or situational questions for the job at hand, I am not sure what kind of candidates they are looking for. I can understand not getting an offer but for how much time/money that was spent on the process to just stop responding to a potential employee it is sure going to have a negative impact on how i view the company and their "values".
