Area manager called me and ask general question.
Just he wants to look me for am I fit or not fit for cleaning and trolleys collection . If you have driving license it would be great. Shift will be different stores around area.
Easy simple explained well , tour offer of job for work in cleaning department and trollies to be able to help the store and staff etc, also was only short maybe 15 min
I applied coles cleaner job though web online application. After I answered several questions, such as an individual research for example, introvert or extrovert, motivated or lazy, I have met manager.

there were 4 questions about yourself and coles that you had to answer. it gave you around 30 seconds for each one. all you had to do was follow the instructions you got in the text or email
