I answered an ad on Craig's List. They called me within 3 days. I interviewed on Thursday, they hired me on Friday. I was floored at how fast the process was. I know that they called all three of my references and actually told them how much I would be making and wondering why I would be interested in this position. I felt violated when I found out. They are not professional at all.
