Common Sense Media interview questions

Fair and calm interview process. I took umbrage with their codifying of "inclusive language" as a certifiable process rather than an intellectual undertaking/living system. Seems like they have a good team and are making the appropriate moves. They were respectful and open about the position.

Felt pretty low stakes. Was mostly tactical and getting to know you questions. Good people, wearing a lot of hats, passionate about their mission. Had one interview with Hiring Manager and one with Recruiter.
