it was easy, standard. The people were enjoyable but it was confusing as they were all from completely different departments and different locations, so I wasn't sure how to answer each of their questions as they all seemed to be looking for something different. Did the excel/skills assessment which took me somewhere around 2-3 hours. The instructions were 'this is purposely vague, we want to see how you think' So I was also somewhat vague, so I could cover all bases in my limited, uncompensated time. I did get the opportunity to go over my work and explain my train of thought. Then the recruiter said they wanted someone with stronger excel skills--There was no way to know how in depth they wanted me to go in excel, I could have spent 2 whole days if that was the case, but not going to do that for free. So, kinda bummed.
