Interview
1. A HR girl emailed me and introduced the company to me.
2. A techinical director interviewed me via MSN messenger for ~1 hour.
3. 2 weeks later, HR manager interviewed me face to face for ~1 hour.
4. And then they gave the offer to me several days later.
