CompUSA Service Advisor Tech Support interview questions

Applied 3 weeks until I received a call for an interview with hiring manager. Asked me about my experience working at my old place of employment. Mentioned my speeding tickets but said that it was no big deal. Asked if I was more comfortable in sales or technical environment. I told him technical and asked if the technicians have to be A+ certified he said they did but he employs some that are not.
