Interview
The interview process was seemingly (and unnecessarily) drawn out over a period of 2 months. The first, unscheduled, interview was with a regional office associate - which lasted for about an hour over the phone. The second was more formal and included the Ops. Director, Bevan Allan, This interview was comprehensive and structured. They seem really interested in getting to know you.
