Interview
Was invited for a student leadership forum on-site in Bartlesville. The experience was a 3 day event that was very informative about the operations of the company and different positions available.
Two behavioral interviews were conducted about 30 mins each. They focused mostly on past experience and different problems solved working in teams and such.
The ConocoPhillips IT intern interview usually includes an initial recruiter screen, a behavioral interview focused on teamwork and problem-solving, and a technical or scenario-based interview assessing IT fundamentals, troubleshooting, and project experience, followed by a final team or manager conversation.

Saw my interviewers at a school career fair and was invited to an interview about a week later. The interview was scheduled rather abruptly where they messaged me the day before asking if I was available at a time the next day.

Behavioral interview, they ask a series of questions of what you would do in coefficient situation, what you learned from it, and what actions you took to make things better. the solution doesn’t always have to be good, sometimes we don’t get what we want but employers are looking for perseverance
