I received a phone call from a woman who had been contracted to do the initial interview screening just a few days after I submitted my application. She didn't identify herself as being a contractor until the end of the interview, which lead me to ask some questions that I probably wouldn't have if I had known. The questions were pretty straight forward: summarize your experience working with youth; what's the largest number of youth you've ever supervised at any one time; why are you interested in the position etc. It lasted about 30 minutes.
