I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Consulteer (Zürich) in Apr 2022
Interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Consulteer (Sarajevo) in Apr 2022
Interview
This was by far one of the most pleasant interviews I ever had - I had a bunch of them over the years. First was a short, but pleasant, chat with their HR person. After that, I got to talk for over an hour with their QA Lead and the Scrum Coach - both highly experienced top-notch experts. They wanted to find out how I think, and how I approach testing. I got a really nice offer, financially speaking, but another reason why accepted was that I liked what they were trying to implement in their testing process and the fact that I would be in a team of very knowledgeable seniors.
