I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Contino.
Interview
Applied online with no response. Almost a month later, I get a message in LinkedIn from a recruiter stating if I am interested in this job. I explained that I have already applied for this role and was then informed that they were not actively recruiting for this role at the time I applied. I told the recruiter that I am still interested but got no response. It is strange that the job is still being advertised months later. The company may be a best place to work for but I suggest making the experience the same for recruiting.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback - we do take it on board. Sometimes there are changes internally which means jobs are put on hold and unfortunately, due to the high level of applications we receive, we are not able to reply to each one individually upon receipt. We have now filled the role and the job has been offline since the contracts have been signed etc. Our intention is never to mislead any candidates in the process. We have discussed this case internally and will be working to improve communications for candidates in the process. Best of luck with your job search, Katie
