They had a an interview day where everyone applying for my program and other positions attended. About 20 members of their team came and interviewed us individually. I had two interviews that were about 12 minutes each. Afterwards, we got in groups and had to do a skit about the company's values. Everyone was incredibly friendly and it felt more conversational than an interview.
