Recruiter phone screen -> OA -> Hiring manager interview -> 3 separate panels with customer support engineers -> senior manager interview
The recruiters are nice and the OA is fun. The process was longer than I'm used to (~2 months). Use these interviews as practice!
2 out of 3 of the panelists were extremely nice. There was a bonus round added at the end and the senior manager didn't seem interested đ Part of me wonders if they're conducting interviews to collect data. Or maybe it's a compliance thing.
Most of the people in the process are nice. CoreWeave/wandb knows exactly which kind of engineers they want. If it's you, they'll move quickly. If not, they might drag the process out a bit.
