It’s a two step process. You meet with one of the lead BCBA’s and then get to follow a therapist around with a children. Then you sit back down with them and you go over any questions you might have.

Interview
Company got back to me very quickly, it only took one or two days to respond. The actual interview was very structured and only took 45 minutes. I was able to shadow for a couple minutes and see what it would look like day to day. Overall it was a great experience.
