Direct, Extended interview with CEO and a follow-up phone call to confirm a few things about the role, start-up environment and goals to be achieved. Overall, Chris was pleasant and respectful, even during the tougher parts of interview questioning. His follow-up was impeccable and we ended up really hitting it off.
