3 step process with 3 different managers - can be on different days or the same day but they will ask questions depending on where you are applying for. For example if you work the merchandising floor you will be asked about how you ensure quality and efficiency

Explain a time where you worked with a difficult colleague
3 different interviews with different managers process took a while but actual interviews were quick and easy. Did have to call and follow up a lot in order to keep the process moving.
Pretty standard process, arrive at store location and interview with hiring manager. Manager was prompt and knowledgeable, thanked me for being on time. Asked good questions and gave me room to answer sufficiently.

Received a call for an interview with 1 person first and then a 2nd with 2 managers. Quick process applied and hired within 2 weeks. Was provided a summary of work schedule and job duties and expectations. We sat in the optical department tables.
