I had several interviews, even declined for one role but called back in and hired for another.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions - it pretty much was conversational in nature. But the hiring manager was skilled in that during the conversational interview, your skills and background were clearly assessed, and key questions got answered for the team.
It requires multiple rounds of interviews with panels of 3-4 individuals. This took a lot of time out of my schedule. I enjoyed the interviewers because they were kind and asked good questions.

stars format is the method, and you can google the videos on what to expect. HR will also provide documentation on how to perform on an interview. I suggest you do some research as it can be quite daunting otherwise.
Standard STAR method questions. Tell me about a time when...XYZ. They are looking for candidate to describe a situation and then the action that was taken and the result. There was a phone screening and 2 rounds of interviews.
