Interview
Met with an associate manager for initial review (mostly personality type questions) and then the general manager for the final interview which was more detailed and came with more job specific questions to see if my experience was what they were looking for. Then a quick view of the store as it was brand new and received my offer after the walk around.

What experience could relate to the job (cook) i was applying for
Very easy, get to know you interview. Just be yourself, stay relaxed, ask thoughtful questions, and if you vibe with the interviewer, curiosity, confidence, and authenticity, you will get hired.
The manager seemed to have little knowledge on the position I was applying for and I ended up politely ending the interview because I knew it wouldn't work out for me.
Good walked in and the General Manager just asked why I wanted to work at his restaurant. Was hired on the spot. this was the easiest interview I have ever had and the General manager was really nice.
