I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Craftsman+ (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
I was emailed by the company internal recruiting to set up a video call to discuss the role and the company. We had a lovely conversation, was very honest about the state of the business and their thoughts on the company growth and had a very positive outlook on the organization. However, they said they would get back to me by end of following week. I gave grace because sometimes hiring decisions take a little longer but I still sent the thank you email a few days later and then followed up asking if there was movement on the role, re-expressed my interest... met with SILENCE. Ghosted. I guess if I am of no use to them why continue the relationship? Well... that tells me things aren't as good as the company made them out to be, isn't confrontational enough to be honest (again) about status, and lied about circling back. If that is how I was treated in an interview process where they are also making their first impression--- I deserve better. If my potential employer wants me to be of integrity, a person of my word, and prepared... I expect the same as an EXAMPLE back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Craftsman+ in Apr 2023
Interview
Highly unprofessional process. Spoke to the recruiter via chat after they reached out to me, then scheduled a video call. I sent a thank you note, then did not hear back for weeks.
Online challenge and questionnaires. After completion of the challenge, the feedback was received by email.
However, I couldn't find any information of this company but from its home page. (No information in crunch base, paysa, etc) I wonder why.
