The Initial interview is with Talent acquisition personnel and then the second interview is with Director of the account if they like you then you will get a offer letter.

Interview
I was several states away from the location that I applied for, so my interview was a series of three Skype interviews. The first was an automated set of questions that I would record my answers for then submit. The second was a meeting with the Director, and the third was a panel interview with the Directors of Patient Transport, EVS, Food & Nutrition, and the HR representative for the facility.

They also gave me several different scenarios and asked how I would respond:
-if an employee was caught stealing another employee's belongings
-if a nurse manager was complaining about an employee who was NOT in the wrong
-how would I implement a new change in policy

Talent acquisition was great to begin with. Janea was very informative and pleasant! Interviewed with the director and assistant director. Both great people!! Questions were asked about my work experience and certain situational questions were asked. Was walked through the hospital and introduced to employees.

Very comfortable Process, Interviewer made it easy and relaxed, he answer all my questions with I wanted to hear, Interviewer clarified rumors that I had heard about the company, after his clarification I realized that some of the rumors might have started by the competitors.
