The interview was first with the client and he was most interested about my work history. All his questions where behavior base questions. He did ask about construction experience and to what extent was my involvement

The second interview was a group interview with four different departments involved. One department was focus on how Evs and facilities could team up to make a difference . Another department wanted to know how Evs could help with patient satisfaction scores.
