I got recruited on campus and it was a 30 minute interview I believe where I interviewed with a staff and a senior manager. Then later I got invited to an office visit and there I had two more interviews, one with a partner and the other with a manger(?). Soon afterwards I got an email with an offer for the job.

Interview
The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a virtual meeting with a recruiter followed by an interview with a Manager/Partner. Both asked personality questions, and we talked about my resume.
It was 20 minute interview over zoom. Go over resume and they ask you questions about your projects. Questions were leadership and discipline based. They want people who are hard working and your first impression should reflect that.

Explain a difficult concept to someone who is not technical
