Interview
They give you a knowledge test first and then a 1on1 with a trainer to see how well you do with future clients. Then they give you a group interview before they figure out if they want to give you an offer or not.

Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
