Tell me a time where it was hard to work in a group
Simple phone screening with basic questions like tell background, etc. as first interview with HR. More interviews are in the process later though which will be informed about after follow up

Interview
Interview was simple. Lot of questions on basics of electronics and testing scenarios. Few questions on PLC's and HIL. Emphasized on decision making ability and flexibility of the candidate. Interviewer was cool and took some time to make the a comfortable experience. He was able to relate the my experience level and let me relax before starting the interview.
