I applied on LinkedIn. A few weeks later I received an email asking about my availability for an interview. I selected a wide range of possible times but did not hear back. After my availability expired, I sent a few follow-up emails and they requested I suggest more times for the meeting. They failed to respond this time as well. A few weeks passed so I sent another follow up email. This time they locked in a time for the phone screening. This schedule came and went without a phone call or email. I am unhappy with how they handled this interview process.

Applied online, contact by their recruiter to set up a phone screen. Recruiter did not call at our scheduled time. I sent her a follow up email saying how unprofessional this was. Set up another time. She finally called in but seemed to care less about me. Waste of time.
