The interview lasted more than 2.5 hours due to unannounced knowledge tests. I didn't actually meet the owner, the person I expected to interview with, until well into the the knowledge tests, that is to say he was not on-site, and therefore late to the interview in my opinion. The application is bizarre and asks odd and borderline invasive and potentially inappropriate.
