I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Express (Tempe, AZ) in Aug 2012
Interview
Slow and robotic. It's the same agentic computerized, statistical, PC, Pyschological torture, data gathering stuff all these companies do now. They're all the same basically. Nothing new. Just a huge waste of time for the potential employee. To bad companies just can't look at your resume, call you in if interested and do a face to face interview and make a decision on thier own like they used to. This stuff is all just for data collection.
Just went through a job company, then went to the site interview, then they mentioned they recruited someone internally . Invain I went all the way there to get that answer

Describe your previous work history, provide examples of when you demonstrated great customer service customer, why do you want to work for DHL Express.
There were 4 stages of the recruitment, each stage more stressful which still doesn’t necessarily guarantee you’re going to be fully employed immediately. You’ll still have to be a contract staff first.
