Interview
It took less then 5 days for HR to process with my CV. They called me, asked some questions and invited to speak directly with my future manager. The interview itself took around 40 mins and was in both languages russian/english. Stuff in Moscow office are very friendly, professional and polite. Everything was very organized.
Just went through a job company, then went to the site interview, then they mentioned they recruited someone internally . Invain I went all the way there to get that answer

Interview
I had one virtual interview before being hired on. The interview lasted 30 minutes. I was asked to describe my previous work history, paying specific attention to my customer service experience. I provided relevant, pertinent examples that exemplified my customer service skills. I said why I was interested in the role, illustrating also why I was a good fit.

Describe your previous work history, provide examples of when you demonstrated great customer service customer, why do you want to work for DHL Express.
There were 4 stages of the recruitment, each stage more stressful which still doesn’t necessarily guarantee you’re going to be fully employed immediately. You’ll still have to be a contract staff first.
