Behavioral interview using the Star Method. Make sure to study on it and be prepared to answer questions around that method. They ask questions regarding your pass situations in work history. They pretty much want you to state the when, why and how regarding your story appropriate to each question.

Describe a time you ran into a conflict with a team member and how did you resolve it?
You must go through a screening at DTE that covers customer interaction for service changes, outages, downed wires, transfer service, billing inquiries, etc. There is some math to the modules. If you are selected, you then have to go through some simulated calls. If you pass both and are selected, the next step is the actual interview.
STAR method required for the position. you can’t veer away from the format or they’ll deduct points which could cost you the position. typically 3 interviewers at once. i didn’t like the job overall.

2 panel interview, used the STAR METHOD. Asked 5 or 6 ridiculous questions. Most didn't apply to any of my experiences. Its like they expect everyone to have had stressful or bad work experiences. To be honest, I haven't had many bad issues arise at work.
