There were 2 interviews, both 45 minutes each. The first was behavioral, and the second consisted of two case questions, and was conducted by an alum of the school. Both interviewers were very nice.

Question 1
I was very unfamiliar with case interviews, so I struggled with this one. The question I received was how DaVita should address the imminent shortage of nurses.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at DaVita (Austin, TX) in Sept 2018

There were a total of two interviews, one being a case study and one behavioral totaling 90 minutes. These were both taken on my college campus at set certain times. Each is a one on one interview with different people.
