Hiring process is worst. They told me that you can leave for the day after taking a written programming test , EVEN no one is there to whom anyone can clear his doubts about the test. There test is very easy questions like reverse a number or palindrome or fibonacci series like. But i think they want the them to solve by using recursion or some other special approach not from the traditional approach.
